"Not great for a family trip"
Booking for our family group ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be. There just wasn’t enough thought put into space for bags, kids’ stuff, and all the usual things you end up carrying when traveling with family.
it felt like they weren’t really prepared for a group like ours. I probably wouldn’t book with them again for family travel, maybe it’s fine if you’re solo, but it didn’t work for us.

I booked the shuttle because it was one of the cheaper options, but i didn’t feel safe at all. The driver was speeding and switching lanes aggressively, and I was tense the whole ride. I’m usually budget-conscious, but next time I’d rather pay a bit more for a ride that feels safer

I used Premier Airport Shuttle for a door-to-door pickup, that’s the kind of airport setup I personally prefer because I hate dealing with parking and dragging bags around. The driver got me from my house to the airport without much hassle, which was really nice. The only downside was that the pickup ran a little later than expected, so I definitely got nervous for a bit. It all worked out in the end, but next time I’d book with extra time just to be safe

I cancelled my booking with premierairportshuttle.com, and the refund process was way more frustrating than I thought it would be. I expected it to be straightforward, but I ended up having to keep following up just to get any kind of update.
The replies I got weren’t very clear, and there never seemed to be a real timeline. I understand cancellations can take a bit, but compared to what I expected, this felt unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t book with them again.

I booked thinking a child seat would be available, but when we arrived, it wasn’t. After a long flight with a tired kid, that made an already stressful situation even harder. We ended up having to figure out another plan at the last minute, which wasn’t ideal. It reminded me how important the small details are when you’re traveling with children. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the car seat situation was clearly confirmed ahead of time

"Driver seemed a bit lost at the terminal!!"
The ride itself was fine, but the driver didn’t really seem to know the airport terminal that well!! They were confused about which terminal and door to drop me at, and we ended up circling around for a bit. I had to keep checking the signs myself, which was kind of frustrating!! It wasn’t a terrible ride, but for an airport shuttle, I definitely expected the driver to know the airport better!!!

I put in a special request when I made the booking and even brought it up again, but somehow it still wasn’t taken care of properly. After waiting in the queue longer than I expected, the driver seemed confused about the whole thing, and I ended up having to sort it out myself. it kind of defeats the purpose of asking ahead of time. Frustrating experience.

My flight ended up being delayed, and I was expecting a smoother process since I’d booked ahead. The driver left, support took a while to respond, and I ended up having to pay extra to get another ride. It took way longer than it should have. The pickup was late, and I had to chase them for an update instead of anyone letting me know what was going on. Once I was finally on the shuttle, the ride still felt dragged out with extra waiting around. I’d left plenty of time for the airport, but I still ended up stressed about making it on time.
